By accessing and using Junk Out Enterprises website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Junk Out Enterprises provides junk removal services including residential, commercial, construction debris removal, estate cleanouts, furniture removal, and dumpster rentals. Services are provided in the Tampa Bay area.
To request service, you must provide accurate and complete information including your name, contact information, service address, and description of items to be removed. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Pricing is based on volume and type of items. We provide free on-site estimates. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Prices may change without notice.
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations requested less than 24 hours may incur a fee. No-shows are charged in full.
Customers must: Provide accurate information about items, Clear access to items, Disclose any hazardous materials, Remove or secure valuables, and Ensure safe working conditions.
We cannot remove: Hazardous materials (asbestos, chemicals, biological waste), Firearms and ammunition, Medical waste, Pressurized tanks, and Items prohibited by law.
Junk Out Enterprises is not liable for: Damage to property due to access issues, Loss or damage to items left behind, Delays due to circumstances beyond our control, or Indirect or consequential damages.
